‘The U.S. refused to accept a delegation led by Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of Russia, who planned to discuss with U.S. the coordination of the fight against terrorism’, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said .
‘The United States replied that they (the U.S.) failed to send a delegation to Moscow and they couldn’t accept the Russian delegation in Washington either,’ Lavrov said during his speech in the State Duma.
