Today the Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier in his welcoming speech at the beginning of the economic forum of the 14th conference of ambassadors in the German foreign Ministry stressed the indispensability and importance of the Minsk agreements to resolve the crisis in Ukraine. In addition, the Minister stated that Germany is interested in preserving good relations with Russia and can not rely on economic sanctions.
