A tiny secular far-right group in Turkey, the Victory Party, was successful in widely circulating a video against Syrian immigrants in the context of the current economic crisis.

As a result, all the political parties are calling for them to be returned to Syria.

Initially, in 2011, Turkey had opened its doors to Syrians, inviting them to stay until the situation in their country calmed down. The aim was to deprive Syria of its inhabitants so as to make it easier for the jihadists to overthrow the government.
