Koreas celebrate groundbreaking on road and rail connection

Officials from North Korea and South Korea have celebrated the groundbreaking of a road and rail re-connection and modernization project. While the two countries are optimistic the project can bring benefits, actual construction will likely require the lifting of US-led sanctions against Pyongyang.
