The head of Turkish government also stressed that Ukraine was a startegic partner of Turkey and thanked Kiev for “solidarity on various issues”.
Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, who is visiting Kiev, said that he didn’t consider Crimea as a part of Russia.
“The territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine is a fundamental value for us, so we perceive Crimea as an integral part of Ukraine,” he said at a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
The Turkish government also stressed that Ukraine was a strategic partner of Turkey and thanked Kiev for “solidarity on various issues”.
