Iran plans to abolish visas for tourist groups from Russia. This was announced by the Ambassador of Iran in Russia Mehdi Sanai at the conference in Moscow.
“Visa-free regime is important for trade and tourism development of two countries,” the Ambassador said. “Now we are discussing the abolition of visas for tourist groups. We expect that negotiations will be successful.”
Mr. Sanai added that they could hardly count on millions of Russian tourists in Iran. But they hope they can attract at least tens of thousands of them.
