This idea is neither ideological, nor associated with the activities of any particular party, but rather is the common unifying issue, the Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
The national idea in Russia is the patriotism, we don’t need to invent anything new, Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
“We don’t need to make up any ideas, there is no other idea except patriotism,” Putin said at a meeting with the activists of the “club of leaders” on the promotion of business initiatives.
“This is the national idea. It is neither ideological, nor related to the activities of some party. It is connected to the unifying principle. If we want to live better, it is necessary to make the country more attractive for all citizens, more effective,” Putin said.
