The official site of Russian MFA reports that the agreement on simplification of visa regime between Russia and Iran is to be enacted on the 6th of February.

This agreement has been signed on the 23rd of November, 2015 in Teheran according to the results of intergovernmental negotiations in front of presidents Vladimir Putin and Hassan Roukhani.

Visa regime will be simplified for several categories of citizens such as business representatives, scientific, cultural and creative activists, students, lecturers, tourists and so on.

This agreement should be the step of farther evolution of mutual cooperation between countries.
