The representative of the Treasury Department of the US has accused the Russian president of involvement in corruption.
A spokesman of Vladimir Putin called the accusations for BBC News a “pure fabrication and slander”. The publication has appeared after the allegations of the representative of the US Treasury Department Adam Shubin that Putin is a highly corrupted strongman, and the White House has been aware of this for a long time.
The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added that the Russians got used to such fake in media. According to his words, it looks like a yellow pages gossip, but it can appear to be an “orchestrated campaign”.
