Is it possible for Lybia to ask for Russian help to fight against ISIS?

Published on

By Anastasia Promskaya

The foreign minister of the Tripoli government Ali Abu Zaakuka announced that Lybia could need help of Russian air strikes on ISIS. Though this decision can be made only after the government of national consent is formed.

At the moment the country is plunged into total anarchy, political, social and economic disaster. A part of Lybia is seized by the terrorists from ISIS. The country is divided into two parts with diffrent governments which are both unable to cope with a catastrophic situation in North Africa.

Such a disastrous state of affairs became a consequence of illegal coup d’etat against Muammar Gaddafi and Jamahiriya, which was blatantly called by Western propaganda as Lybian civil war. The country was virtually destroyed by US/NATO military invasion that became one the biggest humanity crime in history leaving millions of innocent people dead, tortured, impoverished and deprived of their homeland by making them refugees. Also, it gave a possibility for ISIS to take control of some regions of the country.

The US/NATO military invasion was contemplated and implemented in order to create a situation of controlled chaos in North Africa and Middle East. Lybia was a part of this political game, alongside with Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc. ISIS became perfect backup means for Western pro-military imperialists to keep the region under their dictation and freely use the resources of Arabic countries and nations.

There will be no chance for Lybia and other countries to deal with the biggest threat of the 21st century until they all become united in their struggle and join those who are striving for a real peace in Middle East and North Africa. There is no chance for NATO coalition, as they don’t have a purpose to deal with ISIS or change the chaotic situation they had created before. This is the struggle with evil, and the evil is a neo-liberal imperialistic order which is eating everyone around the globe, regardless of place of residence, social wellbeing, gender, religion, age, etc. The peoples of the West should finally realize that they are constantly being fooled by severe propaganda machine and indirectly involved into deaths and sufferings of millions of innocent souls. By changing our minds and telling the truth we can cope with terrorism and make our future better and safe.
