The most terrible aircatastrophe ever happened to Russia left 224 people dead including children and babies. People were flying home from a popular resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh after having spent blessed days of holiday and rest in sunny Egypt. Nobody expected that the ordinary scenario of prolonged summer vacancies could have ended with more than two hundred deaths and grief of hundreds of their relatives and friends…

At least three versions of the tragedy have been already issued which might explain the causes of crashing of the plane. One of them says that the plane crushed due to technical problems which had been revealed just the minutes before the plane took off. The plane could fall either because of lost parts of the aircraft or fatigue cracks in load-bearing constructions.

According to another version, the terorrists attack might have happened, though Russian experts don’t consider this explanation as the main reason for crash. However, it has been already reported that the plane exploded in the air, not on ground, so the debris were scattered over a wide area in Sinai desert. Terrorism and aviation experts say that a bomb may have been responsible, citing the fact there was no distress call and that ISIS released a video showing the moment of the aircraft exploding.

Nevertheless, it’s very possible that the bomb was likely to cause the crash than a missile or mechanical failure. We are waiting for the final results of the investigation and official conclusions.
